Introduction, equipment and content.

"Railway Images" is an online portfolio, solely concentrating on my preferred choice of Images. In brief, each collection will only showcase the so-called "Better Images".

Fuji S2/S3 Pro digital cameras are used for their superb Dynamic range and renowned colours. Nikon lens 35-70mm, f2.8.

The site will sadly only feature the modern day scene, but the links opposite will take you back in time.

RM. 04th July 2009. 18:12 hrs. Firstly, can I just say that this image wasn't taken by myself, but by a fellow Railway photographer, Roy Millsy. This Image of 66412 easily makes it into my all time top 3 and deservedly so. Under superb evening light "Malcolm" livered 66412 runs along the impressive coastline at Limpet Mill with 6N83 17:20 Aberdeen Craiginches-Grangemouth Intermodal service. Once again, a huge thank you to Roy Millsy for allowing me to share such a stunning image.
